  1. Is there a way to turn on or off the render preview button...and not sure if I'd turned it off by mistake. I'm just trying to preview a single frame render but for some reason when I hit press the button, there's no reaction.
  2. Does anyone know how to go about making a realistic soccer net in cinema 4d? Or at least point me the right direction. Thanks!
  3. Yeah when I viewed the rendered in picture viewer...is different than when I played the emitters running from the timeline as in does not match the same camera angle. If I only want a partial section of the frames rendered...I don't want to have to rendered all the frames at 1. Would this cause the unmatching with the camera cuz I rendering partial frames?
  4. At first the particle birthrate editor and renderer was off, but then I made it equal number. Didn't help. But when I do a final render scene opposed to just scrubbing the main timeline to play, it still does not match the render. It's like the camera is off or something...really confusing.
  5. Not sure if I'm missing something. I set up my emitters and set up my camera movement to my liking in my preview. When I render it, the camera is off no longer matching the preview. This is really frustrating...any ideas? I'm using 11.5
  6. I may have to check out this method...not my first choice though.
  7. In Cinema 4d...if I want objects erecting upwards through the floor/ground....how do I set it up so the whole floor doesn't fall downward after it's smashed through? I can figure it out the opposite if an object is falling down, but can't figure it going upwards and keeping the rest of the floor still.
  8. In Cinema 4d...if I want objects erecting upwards through the floor/ground....how do I set it up so the whole floor doesn't fall downward after it's smashed through? I know I used the rigid body tags...but I'm missing something. I can figure it out the opposite if an object is falling down, but can't figure it going upwards and keeping the rest of the floor still.
  9. Has anyone experienced exporting from C4D in rpf and the edges are jagged? This is driving me nuts. I'm using in the anti-aliasing setting as best/still image/min level 1x1/max level 4x4/MIP scale 85%. Any suggestions what I could change. Each rpf files are already big in file size and taking a long time to render each one.
  10. but can the explosion fx keep each polygon object the same shape without breaking them into pieces? I tried that too, but it's breaking each object into pieces as well and I don't want that. Right now the ball is already separated into its own pieces so it's just getting the exploding motion right.
  11. Yes I've tried both effectors, but to no avail. I'm trying create this look where each polygon object will explode outward in a straight line. See sample attached - fracture sample I did this manually by keyframing each object, but is there another way?
  12. Could I not do it without additional plugin? There must be a way with their effectors, no?
  13. Need some suggestions. I have a ball I need to explode, but I "do not" want to explode to in random directions. I need the surface of the ball to explode straight outward in a perfect linear direction if you know what I mean. I first placed the ball(with separated layers grouped) in fracture object, but which effector is best to create this effect? Obviously random effector would not be good. The plain effector or other methods? Thanks.
  14. Hey guys...anyone know a quick and easy way to make pixelated effect? I'm not talking about mosaic effect but something more horizontal or vertical pixelations with a random look. Was there also a plugin for that?
