  1. No, CS3 isn't supported, sorry..
  2. I also want to mention, you can share your libraries and "gadgets" at http://support.croedesign.com
  3. This sounds more like what you're trying to do... http://croedesign.com/forum_files/random_effector_circlesize2.c4d Only alters 2 of the scale parameters, keeping it round, but not affecting the depth. -chris
  4. Is this what you're trying to do? http://www.croedesign.com/forum_files/random_effector_circlesize.c4d -Chris
  5. Hey guys, as promised : http://mograph.net/board/index.php?showtopic=21235
  6. Try again guys, this forum was doing some weird stuff with my URL. Seems to be working now! -Chris
  7. ** sorry, double post mods please delete this one **
  8. The Expression Toolbox is a centralized location for you to store commonly used expressions, as well as making it easy to apply and retrofit to the comp you're currently working on. You can group expressions that require multiple properties and controls to be enabled. A Few Features : Grouping (assign a group 'name' - or select an existing one at any time to view all of expressions in the group only at the same time) Retrofitting ( this will pull layer names out of the expression, and allow you to select from a list generated from the current comp, which layer SHOULD be referenced) Auto generation of layer effects ( based on expression code; Sliders, radio buttons, angles, points, etc.. will be generated automatically if they are referenced in the expression you are using, this is optional of course ) Sort by expression name, author and date Exp ression Editing ( go back and edit author name, expression name, description - usage information, or the expression itself at any time ) Ability to apply current expression to the currently selected property of any layer. Distributable ( the library file names and content is entirely up to you, and they are lightweight and transferable to others) Merging of libraries ( you are able to import libraries from others and consolidate them into one "main" library if you wish ) Quick Search - exactly as the animation preset browser search box works, you can quickly find the expression you're looking for. Future versions will be able to access a global, online database where users from across the world can submit expressions, this global database will be accessible at any time from within the script itself. I am extremely excited about this tool and how much it can benefit the community. For more information, as well as a video demo and a trial version of the Toolbox. 9. Yea, site is DOA unfortunately, in the process of redo... As far as preview, I'm working on it! What I *can* say about it... I'll make sure to post information about it on this forum! -chris
  10. Keep your eyes and ears open next Monday, November 23rd... you might just get your wish
  11. Bump for a few bug fixes and additional functionality. Features no longer stop working on the last camera (ie, wiggle and targeting) You now have an additional option to align your camera to your targets Z rotation, this is primarily for titles. ** Note that if you have already been using croecam, the file extensions have changed, it is now jsxbin, so make sure you use this one instead!
  12. 2.0 is going to be amazing. particles can be "3d layers" so they dont' always face the camera, they can automatically orient towards the direction they are going, self shading. work very nicely with AE scene lights. and about 25+ improvements and new features that I can't remember without my notes.
  13. Yeah, the site is under construction... I wasn't going to launch it yet but there was interest in the script so I went ahead and threw it up.. site should be finished end of this week or so.
  14. I was doing some updating to the site.... you may have caught it during some upload time or something. It seems to be working for me.
