  1. Thanks! If that's the case I think I'll go for a killer PC.
  2. I am on the verge of buying a new computer for motion graphics use and I'm in kind of a dilemma. My budget is around 2500$ and I am not sure whether to buy the 27" iMac, a Mac Pro or a PC. I've been a PC user pretty much my whole life but after using a friend's Mac I fell in love with the OS and I've also heard the stories about it being better for designers as it utilizes the hardware better than a PC of the same specs. Can any of you guys help me with that dilemma? P.S. I am mainly a C4D, PS and AE user.
  3. Thanks guys. I think I'll wait a little longer and get a good PC.
  4. I am need of a new computer and I've been looking a little into getting the Mac Mini Server. Is it good enough for motion graphics (mainly c4d&ae) or should I buy a new PC instead?
  5. Here's a problem that started happening to me about a week ago: No matter what I do, from moving text to changing a value etc..., every 1-3 actions After Effects does a quick RAM Preview and then opens a "Output Movie To:" dialogue all by itself (which means it activates the "Save RAM Preview command") and it doesn't stop no matter what. I tried changing project files, restarting my PC and After Effects, deleting my preference file and even reinstalling AE but nothing helps. Is there any way I can solve this?
