  1. Hey everyone, I was looking at doing some textured iris bokeh looks. I remember there used to be a website with a pretty extensive library of iris textures. I no longer can find it in my bookmarks. Those textures look like the first image on this page - http://www.frischluft.com/gallery/lenscare_item.php?k=1 Can anyone point me to some sort of a resource? I tried googling but all my queries come back with links to wallpaper and photography sites... Thanks.
  2. Now it's a lot clearer. Looks like it's more of a touch-up than drawing tool. Thanks a lot for your feedback people.
  3. If it's not too late I would recommend browsing http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/ for really in-depth reviews. Only thing I would recommend is to be careful with extended gamut displays if you don't have good understanding of color profiles and calibration.
  4. Hey everyone, do you guys use paint system at all? I've noticed that loads of people are using Flash for frame by frame animation. Why not paint system? I have no experience with it what so ever but I though it would be interesting to hear your opinions. Thanks!
  5. Hello everyone, I'm about to buy a new display and I'm not exactly sure what to make of Dell's extended gamut. Here's a quote from TFT Central's review I'm stuck between U2711 (extended gamut, 6ms response) and the new U2713HM (sRGB, 8ms response). Looks like Apple Thunderbolt display is sRGB too. Have you guys had any colour related issues with UltraSharp monitors and when do you need extended gamut in real world situations? This monitor will be used for day to day mograph needs, gaming and films. My resources: TFT Central U2711 and U2712HM comparison Apple Thunderbolt specs Dell UltraSharp U2711 specs Dell UltraSharp U2713HM specs Many thanks _ EDIT: Here's a case of colour issues @ dpreview.com forums http://forums.dprevi...essage=41358783
