At http://www.cc0textures.com/home you can download free textures and materials. " Free PBR materials, no attribution required! " (PBR = Physically based rendering) Currently they have 97 materials. They're high res and the preview images look quite promising. Haven't tried them myself yet.

Sorry for bumping my own thread. It's just to make sure that you don't miss this, because it's really good. They have interviews with GKaster, people from Hi-Res!, Psyop and more. Not the type of interviews you have to read, but like on TV. The gallery has some nice motion graphics in high quality. CHECK IT OUT
