  1. Hi I'm having weird null-sliding problems working with a Cinema 4D scene in After Effects via Cineware. I'm using nulls with external compositing tags so that when I work in AE I can "anchor" images to those nulls. That gives me more control over the position / rotation / masking of those images (at least I work faster that way). Everything works fine until frame 2020, there starts the slightly drunken null problem. You can see it clearly at 2030 (the red 100x100px solid should be resting on the black "floor"). this is my C4D scene https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8zJL1UWwvsPUVdwRXVjXzJLLTg/view?usp=sharing and this is the AE project https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8zJL1UWwvsPNzJlcXdlTW1PNFk/view?usp=sharing this is a movie preview of what I'm doing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8zJL1UWwvsPVUpDbTVscGdGMGs/view?usp=sharing thanks in advance for your help
  2. Hi All, Like many of you, I've recently transferred from CS6 to Creative Cloud. I do most of my work using a combination of C4D and After Effects so it was a pretty easy decision. So far I can't complain but now that I am nearing the completion of my first large scale project using CC I've encountered a problem that I was curious if anyone else ran into. I'm using the Cineware Module to import animated 3D elements as a part of a music video. Once imported I drop them in a comp and set the Renderer to "Standard (Draft)" to save time while working. Ive done this in between 75-100 instances through out the video. Now the video is almost done and I'd like to render a full quality draft. The only problem is that there doesn't seem to be a way to globally update the Cineware layers within the project (which are comp'd and pre-comp'd, used as Mattes etc) from "Standard (Draft)" to "Standard (Final)". Did I miss a simple button? It definitely seems like this is a feature that should exist. Going back through all the comp / pre-comps and manually selecting the correct Renderer could take hours / days. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, Steve

  4. Hi, I begun using Cineware, and my first impressions is that is to slow to render inside of AE, I know I have a 2009 iMac, but is really slow in full resolution, so I had to came back rendering old style by making image sequences, does anybody else has problems like this? anyone with a faster computer? Regards
