So we have a client asking for a video wall animation that will fit on rows of TVs that are 3 across and 9 down for a total pixel size of 48000x7600 (Wowzers) and a duration of 3 minutes (hahah double wowzers). Rendering one frame from the style boards right now is about 33min at that res and near impossible to render in house but an online farm is approaching 15K possibly. Not sure if anyone is familiar with this kind of project, but sure someone is and would love to hear your thoughts. Here are some of ours to get the process sped up. --- Work and deliver in half or 3/4 res --- Animate and render in half res and use Magic Bullet HD or Resizer to upRez --- ????? not sure Please chime in with thoughts or workflows and we owe you a beer (or six) Thanks
