Hey guys! I just finished this new 3d animated side project and thought about sending it over for y'all to take a look at :) I had a lot of fun putting it together! I’m a little scared sending it out into the world but, I thought I would give it a go and see what happens. That’s how everyone learns right? So, hopefully you have the time to take a look at it. Thanks for your time! I actually don’t really like sci-fi, or know too much about DC or the Marvel universe. Every year, I try to give myself one large side project to improve technically as well as in my storytelling skills. I saw that creating something from a source that already exists while using a look and feel I don’t feel comfortable using as a huge challenge. After some research and seeing the cool stuff people where doing online, I remember how much I loved the animated series Batman Beyond as a kid. That was the spark that led me to think, what if I created a “fake” trailer for a modern take on Batman Beyond while using subtle indications from the show? It was definitely challenging but with some small personal victories along the ride :) I hope you enjoy my work as much as I had creating and diving into this world! Hey folks! Wondered if you could give me some quick help with a little X-Particles trouble. I've generated some xpSkinners and cached the particles (everything appears fine in the viewport). When I then go to a different frame on the timeline the skinners disappear, but if I switch off and on the generators the skinners reappear (?) So I've set the project up to render and it renders without the x-particles, even though I selected X-Particles in the render settings and if I hit render in the viewport the X-Particles render fine. What's up with that? What am I doing wrong?! Doh - I'll upload some screenshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
