graphik boutique 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2007 c'mon man a quick search in help would have found you the answer. it's window > attributes manager sorry if it appears I am being a little slow, just I am an art director/designer rather than a Cinema techincal buff. I found the area you mentioned although not sure where I type in 'hemisphere" thanks

graphik boutique 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2007 thanks for this info although I do not have the 'hemisphere' option from the drop down menu. I am using cinema 4D V9 and the option is not there in this version. Any suggestions welcome, thanks again
savvy 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2007 Then I would imagine you will need to create a sphere, make it editable and then using the point selection mode delete all the points below the mid point of the sphere. should work ok. I'm not a C4D expert so someone else may have an alternative/better method.
the_Monkey 8 Report post Posted March 6, 2007 (edited) You can drop an arc in a Lathe NURBS object to get a hemisphere (if it needs to remain parametric). -m Edited March 6, 2007 by the_Monkey
basilisk 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2007 The option is there in 9.6 So there is something new (and useful) that I learned today.
