Guest firemind Report post Posted July 31, 2003 Can't really answer your question, but I was wondering if Apple was still doing the 'half price for mac version' thing. Even so, I'd probably still go with a linux box...if I used Shake. A friend of mine is a Digital Fusion nut and is trying to win me over to his side. Watching him work is entertaining cos it all just goes so damn fast, but I guess coming from a design background I'm just too used to the whole 'layer' analogy to truly get as good as he is with nodebased apps.
