Mylenium 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2007 thank you , i am new to af , how to Trash the prefs? many thanx Check Jonas' (http://generalspecialist.com/2007/02/troubleshooting-after-effects-7.asp) or my website (http://voir.mylenium.de/creation/ae_errors/ae_errors_main.html). It's all explained in multiple places. You can also reset the prefs by holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift while AE launches, but this will still leave you with the OpenGL issues, of course.
