ayato is using a boris page turn, i think probably because it folds multiple edges... but dont hold me to that, i cant check right now. so disregard boris for now.

everything else (fractal noise, displacement maps, and ccpage turn "which is built in") should work fine.

 

or like rat said, just shoot a stop motion of paper crinkling, you might have better (more analog results).
