It's called TADA (Television Animation/Design Association?) anyways, it's usually the third thursday of every month. You actually just missed one on the 20th. It's very casual and it's not like some kind of industry party. You just show up, look for a group of other people with weird hair, cool handbags and $40 t-shirts, and ask if we're there for the "mograph" thing.
