I recently started a blog to document my ongoing projects, as well as being a place to post any tests I do.

I also get asked quite a lot of questions about my work, so I will be posting regular tutorials.

I'm gonna leave the tutorial at the top loading while I do something else but is it normal I shouldn't be able to start playing it or use any QT controls while it loads?

 

Looks nice though, will bookmark and keep an eye on it

Did you have any luck with it? It's working for me but would be very useful to find out who is having trouble.

No nothing, running firefox on macs. I'll see if it works through safari as it may be the FF update now I think about it

I've tired now on my mac, using FF and Safari 4. Seems ok my end.

Anybody having problems?

 

Would I be better off linking to Vimeo or something, do you think?

Would save you bandwidth and also get more link-ins from vimeo if people like what they see. I know I look for tutorials there and there's no chance of any compatibility issues either so everybody wins!

Good point about compatability.

I decided to go for vimeo.

Although I'm going to test the direct upload to youtube from the new Quicktime, in snow leopard.
