Baking Tp Generated With The Matrix Obj. Which Is Generating Pyroclusters

Hello and thanks for reading. Like the title of the post says I'm generating TP via the Matrix object which in turn is generating Pyrocluster puffs. I want to bake them so I can render over NET. I applied the MoGraph cache tag to the Matrix object and then baked it which works fine. However when I rewind to the beginning of the animation the pyroclusters disappear. The cache that is generated is pretty large (approx. 700mb) so it's def caching something. I feel like I'm missing one stupid setting. Please help.

In your Pyrocluster Material, there's a Shape Tab with a Max. Visible Parameter that controls the maximum number of puffs previewed onscreen at any one time.

It defaults to 100. Does raising that number solve the issue ?
