C4D floor shatter question...

In Cinema 4d...if I want objects erecting upwards through the floor/ground....how do I set it up so the whole floor doesn't fall downward after it's smashed through?

 

I can figure it out the opposite if an object is falling down, but can't figure it going upwards and keeping the rest of the floor still.

If you are doing a dynamic simulation.. you can create an invisible colider, have you destruction dynamics, bake it and then add in your floor with it's texture.. that will give you the effect that the area that was fragmented to bits is part of the larger scene.

I may have to check out this method...not my first choice though.
