zign track problems

I there i'm trying zign track and i'm having a few problems.

 

Or it gives me the error noise detrected or it gives the error missing trackers.

 

I'm trying with green trackers. my cskin color is like a dark tan.

 

For clothing i'm wearing a white shirt, and as backgroung i've try with a whiy«te one, a brown.

 

The room is well iluminated.

 

I'm trying to use zign track with a asus webcan and its doing 640X420 with 30fps.
