Constraint tags re-locate upon reloading project file.

I'm using constraint tags to stick lights to the surface of a sphere regardless of where I move them. I move them into place and save my project. Come back to it later and re-load my project file and all my objects with constraint tags have moved to the 0 coord of the sphere. This is incredibly frustrating and I have no idea why it is happening. Anyone else encountered this before?

Well, I just figured out you check the "lock position" option under the "clamp" tag once you move them into place and that seems to keep things where they ought to be when I reload my project. Any other tips?
