[C4D] texiX & texiDRIVER

Recommended Posts

texiX & texiDRIVER are tools to control your texture tags.

texiX is an extended version of the Cinema4D "Fit To Object" Command.

It uses the Bitmap or Shader ratio to correctly fit the material to the object.

texiDRIVER is a Tag that lets you move and scale you material in a controlled way.

For full functionality, do install both plugins and do read the included READ_ME's.

Needs R13.058+.

Download from my sign!

Cheers

Lennart

And a butt ugly logo for the sake of it:)

Thanks very much Lennart, the speed of which you are outputting first class plugins is dangerous.

Out of context, did you ever thought about doing a velocity based shader?

Oh boy, how awesome is that.

Does it also work without dynamics?

I ask because there is an xpresso setup

I did a while ago including the

dynamics state node which can also

be used to colorize dynamic clones

according to velocity. But I had no luck

coming up something which can colorize

non dynamic clones.

Regarding Paul Everett from tools4d.com:

Yes - I asked him already, but he is busy working on

another one of his nice plugins and guess what,

it is something shader based ;-)

This is made by the Py Effector so it doesn't have to be dynamics involved.

It is actually harder with dynamics to pull it off as as of now things need to

be cached to work properly at render, editor is fine.

I need to fiddle with it a little more as well.

veloXity aXeleration colliXion Xading Effector

cough.... xfile ... cough

would love to get my hands on this.

I've been messing with a Velocity based Effector as well (remember yader, about a year ago or so we had a Coffee Effector going ?).

Viewport preview was fine, Render Active View took caching for Dynamics as you mention, Lennart, ,but it took caching for rendering to Picture viewer with both dynamics and "normal" MoGraph.
