Offset keyframes and keep instances inside a cloner

Hi, Its what it says. I ll make a scene and post one, but its not a scene dependant its a generic question.

Think about a box that bends and scales up and down and all these for 20 frames, inside a cloner. I want to offset the animation with effectors and same time have this box as instance. I can do it without instances, but cant with. Only trick i found to keep instances is to double the box few times offset its keyframes manualy, and instead of iterate do random on cloner, but thats not what im after.  I need 1 animated box/instanced and keyframes offsetting via effectors. Cheers
