Guest timbob Report post Posted August 25, 2005 (edited) Hey-o, I was wondering if anyone knew the process/filter that Nando Costa used on his piece "Brazil at War"? Y'know, like suuuuuuuper blurry motion-blur. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy on my computer to post nor does he have it archived on hungryfordesign.com any more. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Edited August 25, 2005 by timbob

Guest chriskelley Report post Posted August 25, 2005 Yeah - I don't know the peice either, but for moblur on steroids, check out Wide Time. Can get some crazy nice effects with it otherwise too. Wide Time combined with Vector Blur is sexy.
Guest igorschmigor Report post Posted August 25, 2005 I have the animation but only about a third of it (interrupted download). It's a weird effect, not what i imagined. The footage they used is some old www.archive.org movie from the prelinger archives (http://www.archive.org/details/Brazilat1943). Stills from the Nando animation can be seen at http://web.archive.org/web/20021017104008/...r=2002&month=07 but they don't show the effect unfortunately.
