Never mind.

Color profile :)

You boys suggest using adobe1998 color profiles in display color management, or using my monitor profile for my Photoshop color space?

(converting all 3rd party graphics to my color space)

Kind of conflicted here.

I have color management turned off, since 99% of what I do is meant for screen purposes. For the 1% that I have to do print, i set it to adobe RGB and europress CMYK.

Problem is, i'm depending on media created on other peoples' computers, and most of them are set to Adobe1998.

At least, thats what is embedded in the files.

I rarely do print work.

Ah, that's a bitch. Thing is their profile is about as meaningless as having none unless their total systems were calibrated professionally, which is very rarely the case. I usually open the document twice, once with the old profile, one with none and then try to bring the stripped one in the ballpark of the profiled one.
