Hello Everyone!

Posted Image

I've just updated my Visual Effects Reel and website.
You can also find some shot breakdown movies of some of the projects i've done over the past year or so.

Hope you like it!

WOW ! Crazy work, I love the soccer player fading into particles. Huge props, that's one of the sickest VFX reels I've seen on this site.

You're the master! Sick sick sick. I usually hate when people show VFX "build" shots in their reels (that's probably not the correct term - I mean when they show each pass of a render leading up to the final shot). It usually kills the momentum, but you sir have done a fine fine job of that edit.

Awesome work.

Great job, Justin! All of your shots had great framing, great motion, and a nice polish. As for the reel, I'm in a public area so I couldn't watch it with the music up, but the pacing and quick cuts kept everything exciting. Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much for the great words. :D

I'm pleased that you like the Reel edit. It always amazes me when putting these together, just how much variation of work a person needs to keep the reel interesting and flowing well. I still would like much more variation but I guess only time will help with that one.

Extra points for including the breakdowns.

awesome work as always...

Great to see you speaking at Siggy this year.. It was awesome to see you break some of those projects down in person.

Thanks for being so generous.

Great reel Justin! Like other have said, the pacing is spot on. I hadn't seen the chess piece, I love the weight in that shot. I can't wait to see it with sound (I have no speakers on this work machine.)
