So finally Anders Schroder has a site of his own again (we're all familiar with www.dform1shiftfunc.net right?). Some very slick work here :D

:H :H :H

I got an email from Anders last week (putting me in Justin Cone territory! finally!) saying he had new work. So I finally checked it out five days later and

He's gotten even better!

If you start life named DForm1, people expect a certain kind of work from you. Even if you're amazingly good at it and really aren't the purest example of it, there comes a day when that kind of work wears out. So you're faced with the choice of falling into habit and just doing the same thing because it still pays in certain quarters, or moving into uncharted territory. It looks like Anders took the 'uncharted territory' route, and I think that's fucking awesome.

A real heavy hitter.
Unique, inventive, and very professional.

I think I first learned of dform1 about a year ago and the progress is remarkable.
Keep up the good work. :)

his work has always been incredible. his new work is the kind of stuff that is so good it hurts for me to watch.

i was shocked to see his 3d skills got that good!, but some inside source (he himself) ;) tells me the 3d was done by the MILL, he directed it.

regardless he rocks. I envy his feel for edit, color and flow.

i was wondering who did those UFC spots- they're really well done, 8987243x better than anything else in the industry for sure (compared to pride, shooto, KOTC, etc). good concepts on those too, with each spot being about a common technique like armbar, guillotine choke, etc. nice job.
