I don't know of an alternative, but I'm assuming you mean Tungsten from H&FJ so I'm including a link to the typeface that might help someone think of one.

The closest I found was Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk extra bold

While definitely not identical, have you looked at Vonnes (compact & compressed)? It's similar in some respects, might fit the bill.
