Protagonist being chased through the woods by a swarm of those things. Protagonist turns his head, checking over his shoulder as he feels like he's actually out running them. Protagonist looks back to the front only to realize that they've just chased him directly into "Big Dog" who has been outfitted with dual AA12s that then turn him into a thin red mist.
