My company is (finally!) upgrading from CS3 to CS6. We're also getting all new PC hardware. There are a few hardware configs we're looking at, but we'd really like to compare how each config performs before buying. Is there a CS6 benchmark project that's been created for this purpose? Thanks.

I don't know of a benchmarking project, but there is this file that shows the new 3d features.
I highly recommend getting a new 6Gb SSD (sata 3) for the cache. The new caching is great, but boy oh boy is it memory hungry. I got a 60gb SSD thinking it would be plenty but it chewed through that in a day.
We have a gtx 540 and a gtx 680 - both work great with very little perceivable performance difference.
What are the configuration differences you are comparing?

Thats a pretty nice setup. RAID 0 might bite you in the ass depending on your workflow and where you store your project files. If its just media then cool.
The Tesla card will get you the Maximus Technology thing. If you don't have the opportunity to upgrade that often get the absolute best / most recent hardware you can now.

Some people did some testing for the new GPU accelerated raytracing in CS6 here:
