That is indeed fantastic. I'm wondering, however, why a 24 stop HDR? I guess...why not? :)

what software were they using for the texturing (around 1:30 in the making of) ... never seen that before

 

Also I'm curious how C4d was used in this ... Looks mostly like Maya
