hi guys im trying to figure out how to get a stroke to follow my 3d nulls that i exported from cinema to after effects using external compositing tags

 

what works best ?

you could use particle world with the technique in this tutorial: http://www.videocopi..._stroke_effect/

 

I prefer copy/pasting my null's position to a light, then using particular to emit from that light (the light needs to be named "Emitter"... Adding a ton of particles and zeroing out the velocity/emitter size values will give you a solid stroke.
