Hey there and welcome to mograph.net!
I just checked out your site and here are my thoughts.
First, your personal identity is terrific! You have some really solid design chops and it shows in your website. Honestly, my favorite part about your portfolio is the site itself. Which brings me to my next point, there seems to be a disconnect between the voice and quality of your work between your design and your animation. Mainly, kill the first project. The low res logo and the personally recorded VO just doesn't set a good tone to start with and it definitely doesn't live up to the quality of your site design. You have some better projects on the site. I would consider starting with one of them. If you dont want to kill the first project and have it mess up the nice placement and harmony of your six projects cut a simple reel to go there instead.
You have a great eye for design. I think it you take that same attention to detail into all of your motion work you have it would be a killer combination!
Awesome work.

I agree with Joe and think you need to consider the order of works showcased. The bad VO brings down overall quality of the piece by a huge magnitude. The first piece is the only one I watched, and immediately didn't bother watching the others - imagining only more of the same. Its likely what potential clients will do as well.
The site itself is really nice. The diamond logo feels a bit out of place and in a world of it's own, as the moniker has nothing to do with a diamond, but other than that the branding is good and ties well with the body of work.
I also assume that you are purely after the 'explanatory video' market. If you are looking to pick up work outside of that world, you may want to consider putting a large demo reel front and center before arriving to the full sample pieces (not mixed within them).
Also, be careful about calling yourself a director unless you have actually directed real shoots, most notably everything you present in your portfolio. I see a lot of portfolios get tossed aside because the inclusion of a director title confuses people and causes distrust in what you are presenting.
