Saw Oblivion over the weekend. Prior to that I watched all the BTS stuff I could find. Lots of cool stuff done practically in the film. Enjoy. Or don't.

Gmunk and Dlew on the fancy UI work

More Gmonk/Dlew work (from motionographer)

...and a bunch of other cool stuff

I love the bit about projecting the footage around the set instead of green screen. A real testament to getting it right in camera instead of trying to fix it in post.

It's not clear from the making-of video, so I asked one of the animators (Navarro Parker), and he confirmed that all of the graphics were done in After Effects and Illustrator (with a little Cinema 4D).

There is definitely some C4D in that video.

Well... now I have to go see the movie tonight.

I really dig the treatment of the live action @ 1:39 in the Gmunk / Dlew UI reel. Those little plus shaped pixels. Size determined by underlying luminance?
