Cinema 4D Thinking Particles Tutorials

Recommended Posts

Thank you Srek for the reply I didn't realize it was a easy one. I'm super new with TP made first animation with it couple days ago. Do you happen to have a picture to illustrate the node setup? I apologize for my tp newbiness :(.

I'm planning on adding another chapter in November. Any requests?

Right now I'm thinking about a couple examples of using Mograph + TP, for example, using Mograph to assign color inheritance to particles, and created spawned particles from mograph clones.

I think something like that would be great.

Guest dumbo

would love to see a tutorial on using 'realflow mesh loader' in xpresso.

i'm trying to combine 2 emitters in one mesh, and use each emitters weightmap to give each one a different color, to sim mixing 2 colored fluids together.

something like this... lightwave tut1

Here's a quickie for those not in the know. Be sure to check out the Thinking Particles Presets on Maxon's site.

http://www.maxon.net/pages/download/stuff_e.html

They come with pre-comped scene files to dissect.

Also, be sure to check out the Thinking Particles section in the Quick Start Guide:

and here's a link the TP manual, for posterity's sake:
